Croatian Speaking Partner Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Croatian-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs.
• Provide expert guidance on product usage and features to maximize partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
• Thoroughly document partner interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Monitor and analyze trends in partner feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Team up with internal teams to develop and update training materials and support resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to effectively address partner challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.
• A proactive approach and commitment to fostering partner success are essential.
