Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking customers via chat, email, or phone with their online shopping inquiries and needs.
• Provide thorough product information and personalized recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Efficiently resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from customers to relay insights that will improve service quality and the online shopping experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to ensure accurate assistance.
• Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere through positive communication.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer interactions and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce field, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
