Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and marketplace policies efficiently.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product details.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends, product knowledge, and industry news to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or relevant marketplace roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace systems is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital communication tools.
