Responsibilities

• Engage with Croatian-speaking gamers via live chat, offering timely, friendly, and effective support.
• Assist with a variety of gaming-related questions, including gameplay mechanics, account management, and technical support.
• Inform players about new game features, updates, and community standards.
• Accurately log player interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to gather player insights and enhance the overall gaming experience.
• Promote a respectful and engaging online community by encouraging positive interactions among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for gaming.
• Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address customer inquiries effectively.
• A deep passion for gaming and familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cater to gaming demands.
