Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Solid understanding of hospitality service principles and best practices.

• Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills focused on providing an excellent customer experience.
