Responsibilities

• Monitor chat interactions to ensure they are in line with community guidelines and promote respectful communication.
• Engage with players by addressing their inquiries and fostering enjoyable discussions.
• Quickly identify and manage inappropriate behavior or language within the chat space.
• Assist players with their concerns and resolve any issues they may experience during gameplay.
• Collaborate with the game development team to create community initiatives and gather valuable player feedback.
• Report on player interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements for community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
• Prior experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism while promoting a positive environment.
• A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of popular gaming platforms.
• Experience with chat moderation tools and community engagement practices is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to align with peak gaming activity periods.
