Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion products.
• Offer detailed product information, fashion advice, and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our support management system.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail sector.
• A deep passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and effectively manage their inquiries.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is beneficial.
