Responsibilities

• Provide support to Croatian-speaking clients related to entertainment services, events, and bookings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat communication.
• Address client concerns and resolve booking-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance service delivery based on client feedback.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment field is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in entertainment and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus.
