Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Croatian-speaking enterprise clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice and support throughout their journey.
• Identify clients' business goals and develop customized strategies that align with their objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs and adapt services accordingly.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to inform improvements in product and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle client challenges effectively.
• Adept at understanding complex business environments and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional value to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
