Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Croatian to assess their digital store needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist clients in the setup and management of their digital storefronts for optimal performance.
• Provide training and ongoing support regarding digital retail tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service offerings.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends to provide clients with relevant recommendations.
• Document client interactions to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to identify client needs and assess appropriate solutions.
• Good analytical skills for interpreting performance data and providing insights.
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
