Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Croatian-speaking corporate clients, providing dedicated and tailored assistance.
• Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring swift and accurate responses.
• Efficiently resolve client issues and concerns to promote overall satisfaction.
• Educate clients on our products and services, enhancing their understanding and experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and company offerings to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with corporate products and services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
