In this integral role, you will engage with our Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring their requirements are met while providing exceptional support. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Croatian-speaking clients, delivering outstanding support and managing incoming inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and expectations.
• Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and keep them informed about updates and new offerings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to enhance client experience and relay valuable feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is beneficial.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
