Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Croatian-speaking clients to understand their B2B integration needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client systems and our platforms.
• Provide ongoing technical support during the integration process, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth transitions.
• Document all integration workflows and technical specifications for client and internal reference.
• Stay current with trends and technologies in the B2B integration landscape.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance our integration services and provide a superior client experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
