Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Croatian-speaking customers seeking assistance with automotive services.
• Respond to inquiries related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service options.
• Support customers in scheduling service appointments and clarify the service processes.
• Manage and resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Provide customers with information about service packages, warranties, and promotions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Work closely with service teams to ensure an efficient customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple customer requests.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services is advantageous.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
