The team you will be a part of

This role is part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Marketing team, responsible for leveraging data to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value through email marketing

This role in summary

The CRM Analyst is responsible for enabling (crm) campaigns, campaign performance, and behavioural trends to provide insights and recommendations that optimise CRM strategies and drive business objectives. 

Your responsibilities will include

  • nalyse customer data to identify segments, behaviours, and opportunities for targeted CRM initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimisation
  • Support the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure CRM data integrity and alignment of initiatives
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM communications and offers
  • Maintain CRM databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Stay updated with CRM best practices, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle management strategies
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations related to CRM activities
  • Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly
