Disbursements & Reimbursements: Audit shipboard claims, travel allowances, and operational expenses, ensuring proper authorization before releasing payments.
Crew Remittance & Query Management: Act as the dedicated helpdesk for seafarers regarding salary calculations, remittance status, tax queries, and allowance adjustments.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
Experience: At least 1–3 years of direct experience in crew manning, maritime payroll, or crew management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and familiarity with maritime crewing/payroll ERP software.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
Those with payroll experience but not in maritime and willing to learn can apply but priority will be given to those with payroll experience
