Job description

Marabu Airlines is looking for a solution-driven Crew Control Officer to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you will play a key part in crew planning and coordination, ensuring compliance with regulations while responding quickly to operational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule crew activities in accordance with EASA FTL and Company Manuals
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
  • Monitor and maintain adequate crew coverage for a rolling 72-hour period
  • Monitor flight duty and rest requirements in line with FTL regulations
  • Proactively address and resolve any operational or regulatory issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Crew Planning System
  • Coordinate operational requirements across relevant departments
  • Collaborate with the Commercial department on ad hoc or non-standard operations
  • Coordinate and manage crew accommodation and travel arrangements
  • Maintain effective communication with crew members and internal departments
  • Perform other relevant duties according to operational needs

Requirements

  • Experience in airline or airport operations
  • Ideally familiarity with EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
  • Good knowledge of Crew Planning Systems is an advantage
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions
  • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nighttime
