Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications within the Banking or Financial Services domain and possess a strong understanding of scalable application development and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support activities.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Java 8+/11/17
• Spring Boot
• Microservices
• REST APIs
• React.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Good understanding of design patterns and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Banking / Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Kafka or other messaging platforms.

Mandatory Criteria

• Strong Java + Spring Boot + Microservices experience
• Hands-on React.js development experience
• Banking / Financial Services background
