- About 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis within a Banking or Multinational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in the required languages.
- Good business acumen.
- Completed or currently pursuing: Postgraduate education and/or Professional Financial.
- Qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- Demonstrated Growth Mindset and other essential IBM leadership skills.
- Proficient understanding of IBM products.
- Fluent English, basic level of Spanish.
