We are seeking a passionate and innovative Creator Marketing Lead to lead and enhance our efforts in Creator Acquisition, Retention, and Activation. This role will focus on fostering strong strategic partnerships with Creators & Influencers, as well as Creator Agencies. We’re looking for a visionary leader who can motivate the team, craft impactful strategies, and elevate the Creator department to the next level.

Your Responsibilities ⚡️

Creator Acquisition & Retention

• Acquisition: Acquire top creators and ensure high engagement and retention

• Personalized Communication: Set the foundation for scalable, automated creator communication

• Community Building: Foster a community through events and communication

Creator Agency Acquisition & Retention

• Targeted Outreach: Identify and categorize relevant creator agencies for SongPush

• Agency Partnerships: Build long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies to onboard to SongPush

• Agency Retention Strategies: Develop agency retention strategies

• Clear Communication: Establish effective communication channels with all creator agency partners

• Payment & Reward System: Create long-lasting agency partnerships

Required Job Experiences/Background

• Creator Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creators (Required)

• Marketing & Communication: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation (Required)

• Industry Experience: Deep knowledge & enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market. (Required)

• Creator Agency Experience: Worked in or with Creator Agencies

• Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI (Preferred)

• Automated Tools: Experience with tools like Braze, Beehiv, and WhatsApp (Preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans (Required)

• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills (Required)

• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenges (Required)

• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team (Required)
