TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Support the overall operation and management of creators on the live streaming platform. Adopt both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study creator characteristics and live streaming behaviors, and accurately identify creators’ core needs and operational challenges.
- Generate actionable insights to support the formulation and execution of creator operation strategies, helping creators expand their fan base and improve live-stream revenue and monetization efficiency.
- Plan, propose, implement and analyze offline and online workshops and training seminars for creators, empowering creators to improve their live streaming capabilities and overall performance.
- Manage and operate creator communities, maintain a creator ecosystem, and continuously improve community activity and creator engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop end-to-end creator operation strategies, covering creator recruitment, community growth and user interaction optimization.
- Set and track operational goals and KPIs, conduct regular data analysis and business reviews, and iterate on operational strategies to drive continuous business improvement.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate/Master's degree.
- Fluent Japanese working proficiency. Candidates must be able to use either English or Chinese as a working language，for external communications with Chinese Market Stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment

Preferred Qualifications
- A proactive approach to learning and taking initiative
- A strong interest in live streaming
- Knowledge or experience in data analysis or statistics
- Knowledge or experience in key visual or web page design
