As a Project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
- Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
- Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
- Assist in analysing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing are preferred;
- Proficient in Excel, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis;
- Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care;
- Strong sense of responsibility, and effective in team communication and collaboration;

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
