The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

As a Creative Producer, you will lead integrated, multi-channel content production across photography, video, motion, social, digital content, 3D, and emerging production workflows. You will independently manage projects of moderate complexity while partnering with senior producers on larger, more complex initiatives. You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality assets are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business and brand objectives.

You will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Stores, Merchandising, Business Affairs, Legal, and external production and agency partners to coordinate production activities, manage project timelines, support vendor and resource management, and facilitate efficient execution across multiple channels and platforms.

You will bring strong production expertise, organizational skills, and business acumen to navigate competing priorities, solve problems, and support successful project delivery. As part of the production team, you will contribute to process improvements, operational consistency, and the adoption of evolving production tools and workflows.

About you

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, content production, photography, video, motion, digital, ecommerce, or related production environments

• Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel creative production from concept through final delivery

• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of production workflows, studio operations, asset management, and post-production processes

• Experience supporting production budgets, estimates, vendors, talent, or external creative partners

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and drive projects forward

• Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively through ambiguity

• Familiarity with production technologies, workflow tools, and enterprise systems

• Flexible to travel as business needs require

This role requires you to regularly report and perform job duties onsite at our Winter Street Studio location in Minneapolis.
