As a Creative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing creative planning workflows and operational processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, process adherence and continuous improvement across global creative activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Own and optimize creative planning workflows and operational processes, ensuring efficient execution through ticket systems and standardized ways of working.
  • Plan and allocate resources across creative projects, coordinating domain specialists, tools and budgets to support successful project delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with global frameworks and processes, supporting consistent execution across campaigns and content production activities.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and proactively escalate delays or operational risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Education

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Project Management, Digital Transformation or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Project Management, Agile methodologies or Process Improvement are an advantage.

Experience

  • Experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Campaign Management or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end processes, workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with KPI tracking, reporting and performance monitoring.

Know-how

  • Knowledge of project and process management methodologies.
  • Understanding of creative planning, content production and asset creation workflows.
  • Experience working with ticket systems, workflow management tools or project management platforms, will be a nice to have.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate data into actions.
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Languages

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
