CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Our client, one of the leading brand strategy, design and communication Group with ambitious growth plans requires the services of resourceful and experienced professionals ready to occupy this vacant position

The successful candidate will provide overall creative leadership for the agency by creating innovative, experiential, profitable and consumer-facing applications for major accounts and strategic pitches; with oversight of the creative team and processes for ideation, presentation and execution of Client's branding and marketing communication campaigns. The CD will also be responsible for developing top creative talents, co-ordinate outside resources and quality control.

Minimum of 12 years post graduate experience in any leading advertising agency with at least 2 years in similar role in Nigeria

A university degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution and registered member of APCON

Relevant working knowledge in brand consultancy with solid background in copywriting and or design

Experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash, Quark Xpress,

PowerPoint and other relevant programs

Possesses solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and membership roles with strong presentation skills.
