Creative Designer

Role purpose:

The Experienced Creative Designer (ECD) is efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating autonomy in handling tasks ranging from minor to major. They are proficient in producing brand-aligned materials and offer guidance and peer reviews to support more junior designers in maintaining visual standards consistently.

Key accountabilities:

•Working independently or with minimal supervision on a variety of projects using software programs to create aesthetic graphic designs that align with business objectives.
•Translate project briefs and requirements into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the desired message and align with brand guidelines.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
•Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia projects, including but not limited to marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and website assets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging, ensuring designs meet strategic goals and maintain brand consistency.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and client presentations, providing valuable insights and contributing to the development of creative concepts.
•Shadowing experienced or senior designers on complex projects and providing support when appropriate.
•Staying informed about industry trends to stay competitive.

Core competencies:

•3-5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or corporate environment
•Fluent verbal and written English
•3+ years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
•2+ years of experience in Figma
•Strong grasp of AI-powered design tools and emerging digital technologies
•Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
•Strong Microsoft platform proficiency
