Creative Artist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Work closely with the Creative leadership to push the boundaries of what EMPIRE GROUP is doing in translation & localization industry
• Should be familiar with UX and UI basics, should be aware of modern web design and UX trends
• Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
• Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
• Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
• Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and name of EMPIRE GROUP
• Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team
