Applicants must have Bachelors Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field and at least 1 year experience with at-risk youth. Masters Degree in counseling-related field preferred. We also provide residency supervision toward licensure.

Compass is looking for professionals who have a desire to empower children and their families, to fill the current part-time and full-time positions available in our Intensive In-Home program. All applicants must have afternoon and evening availability.
