Ready 4 Change is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Outpatient Therapists to serve in Guilford County and/or Randolph County. Therapist shall provide outpatient clinical services for clients (children/adolescents and adults) seeking treatment for mental health and substance abuse services and co-occurring illnesses.

The therapist must be licensed by the relevant state licensure/certification board to provide mental health treatment services in the State of North Carolina. Therapist shall provide outpatient clinical services for clients (children/adolescents and adults) seeking treatment for mental health and substance abuse services and co-occurring illnesses.
