Your purpose with us:
  • Empower patients: Administer personalized therapy programs to help patients regain strength, independence, and confidence in their daily living activities.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with a skilled Occupational Therapist and other health team members to implement comprehensive treatment plans and solve patient problems.
  • Support caregivers: Educate and train families and nursing staff on how to best assist patients with their care and maintenance programs.
  • Ensure a seamless journey: Participate actively in discharge planning to help patients transition successfully out of therapy.
  • Be a valuable team player: Keep detailed and accurate records of patient progress and assist with maintaining a clean, well-functioning therapy area.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
  • Compassionate and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
