We're Hiring: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Lacamas Creek Post Acute
Pay: $35–$45/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (paid quarterly)

A Day in the Life:

  • Carrying out personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT

  • Helping residents regain independence and confidence

  • Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and support staff

  • Being a key part of our residents’ recovery journeys

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Washington license)

  • Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute

  • Experience in post-acute care is a plus, but not required

  • A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
