A Corporate Practice Group seeks a Senior Associate with three to five years of post-JD experience. The firm is looking for candidates with extensive experience representing startups and advising both companies and investors in venture capital financings. The practice in this area also includes mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, debt financings and public company counseling.
