Corporate Lawyer Manager

A leading company in cosmetics industry is seeking a corporate lawyer manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters, ensuring the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and industry regulations. This role will support business growth while protecting the organization's legal and reputational interests.

Requirements

 1.   Commercial affairs.

2.      OGM and BOD process, preparation, management, and ratifications

3.        To be familiar with companies Law (159 for year 1981 – 159 for year 1998 – 72 for year 2017 )

4.        Governmental relationships and  economic court.

5.        Good experience at stocks issue, updates, clearance house process and documentation archiving and oversee the contracts

6.        Solid experience with GAFI “ General Authority For Investment and free zones” obligations.

7.        Solid experience with Financial Regulatory Authority.

8.        Observe and control AOA article preparation and ratifications.

9.        Observe and manage the trademark registration and licenses.

10.     Observe and control the government obligations and time of updating the licenses, contracts , statuary reports ,commercial article and registrations.

11.     Process of requisitions the capital de/increasing steps.

12.     Manage issue proxies.
