A reputable company is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance & Budgeting Manager to enhance financial governance and performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the corporate budgeting process, leading financial planning, and providing insights to optimize company resources and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare reports that provide insight into business performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data for effective budgeting and financial decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Monitor budgetary compliance and performance, identifying variances and areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership in identifying key financial performance indicators and benchmarks.
• Support the CFO and senior management in strategic planning initiatives, ensuring financial feasibility.
• Facilitate training sessions for budget holders to enhance their understanding of financial processes.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and report findings to assist in strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CMA, CFA) is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or financial planning and analysis roles.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in FMCG industry.
