The Opportunity

As our English Trainer, you will play a strategic role in strengthening communication capabilities across the organisation.
You will assess English proficiency, design scalable learning programmes, deliver engaging training, and help employees build the confidence to collaborate effectively with international clients and colleagues.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR, and business leaders, you will drive measurable improvements in English capability and foster a culture of continuous learning across our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities

English Capability Assessment & Development
    • Conduct structured English proficiency assessments across the organisation.
    • Establish competency frameworks, proficiency benchmarks, and development pathways aligned with business needs.
    • Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
    • Define measurable learning objectives and evaluate programme effectiveness through assessments and learner outcomes.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to integrate English capability into recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

Learning Experience Design & Delivery
    • Design, develop, and continuously improve Business English learning programmes for employees across different proficiency levels.
    • Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training focused on: business & client-facing communication, speaking confidence, workplace collaboration, presentation and meeting skills
    • Facilitate workshops, speaking clubs, role-play simulations, and other interactive learning activities.
    • Recommend digital learning resources and self-directed learning tools to encourage continuous development.

Stakeholder Partnership & Learning Culture
    • Foster a culture of continuous English learning across the organisation.
    • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and Learning & Development to align learning initiatives with organisational priorities.
    • Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and progress updates to learners and stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve programmes based on learner feedback, assessment data, and evolving business requirements.

Working Model

• This is a full-time position based in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Your weekly commitment is 40 hours, with a flexible schedule designed to support employees across different projects and working arrangements.

Training sessions are typically delivered during 7:30–9:00 AM and 7:30–9:00 PM, while the remaining working hours (approximately 1:00 PM–6:00 PM) are dedicated to lesson planning, learner assessments, programme development, coaching, and administrative responsibilities.

Working time includes a combination of live training sessions, lesson preparation, learner assessments, coaching, curriculum development, and continuous programme improvement. Training sessions are scheduled based on business needs, and you will not be expected to teach continuously throughout the operating window.

Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience delivering Business English or corporate English training.
    • Proven experience conducting English proficiency assessments and designing structured learning programmes for adult learners.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Near-native or CEFR C1/C2 English proficiency (or equivalent).
    • Experience working within multinational organisations or technology environments is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications
The following certifications are highly regarded:TESOL/CELTA/TEFL
Additional certifications in Business English, Corporate Learning, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development will be considered an advantage.
