Role Purpose

The role provides dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of customers with accountability for sales, service, risk and operational delivery. HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking serves millions of International Middle-Market enterprises, Global Corporates and Global Networking Business, providing commercial customer with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. With dedicated relationship managers and business specialists providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC helps customers make the most of opportunities for their business growth.

Job content

  1. Client-oriented professional to proactively manage an IMM corporate portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions
  2. Enhances corporate relationships and customer service quality
  3. Acts as a strategic advisor to portfolio clients, channeling business development activities to ultimately provide the most suitable client solutions, thereby deepening the Bank’s wallet
  4. Leads, influences, and ultimately owns a consistent, cohesive client experience for our clients
  5. Performs comprehensive financial analysis and make appropriate facility structure recommendations for IMM clients
  6. Supports Group Global & Regional Relationships and initiatives
  7. The role will prepare credit application writing including industry analysis, financial analysis, cash projection and trade cycle analysis in English
  8. Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services
  9. Safeguards the Group from potential loss and minimizes risk of losses from bad debts
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards that apply to the conduct of the business, including but not limited to Know-your-customer guidelines, Anti-money laundering regulations and procedures in order to fight / manage Financial Crime Risk

Qualificaiton

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in business related
  2. Good communication skill, drive and commitment, customer focus
  3. Good in financial analysis and credit risk control sense
  4. Resilience with business acumen, familiar with Trade products
  5. Multitasking skill
  6. Confident and outgoing
  7. Good adaptability, professional appearance and demeanor
  8. Fluent in English especially listening and speaking in business level
  9. Required License:外匯衍生性商品或衍生性金融商品推介工作經辦及相關管理人員(SPS)
  10. GPAD covered worker
