Corporate and Institutional Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for servicing clients from Family offices, UHNW/ HNW/ VIP clients, High Frequency traders and Financial Institutions (FIs), including account opening service, usage operation, question consultation, etc.
  • Responsible for the implementation of services for contracted clients, including IPO, IOP and IR services.
  • To develop sales processes and workflows to retain clients more effectively.
  • Produce complete customer data reports to understand overall customer transactions and assets to assist the team in developing overall customer sales strategies.
  • Develop standard sales process, including sales behavior, compliance requirements, customer service landing process, etc., to improve the efficiency of business development and internal cooperation efficiency.
  • To monitor clients’ trading patterns and identify clients’ focus and needs to better service them.
  • To review and assess processes to provide feedback to further improve work performance and services.
  • Actively feedback potential areas for improvement and enhancement with various internal departments.
  • Responsible for the implementation of sales strategies, including external cooperation channel records, cooperation fee settlement, etc.
  • Responsible for the performance records of the entire department, including the achievement of performance targets, revenue data and collection status, etc.
  • Educate clients (Family offices, UHNW/ HNW/ VIP clients, High Frequency traders and FIs) by conducting platforms and products training via meetings (“Online” or “Face to Face”), seminars and webinars.
  • Work closely with all relevant internal departments in the organisation.
  • Handle ad hoc projects whenever necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Family offices, Capital market firms, Securities firms, or Financial Institutions.
  • Accreditation in CMFAS Modules 1A, 2, 5 and 6A is highly preferred unless exempted.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion and constantly seek improvement in work.
  • Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin.
  • Positive, careful, responsible, and open-minded, willing to accept challenge.
  • Independent and can get the job done with little guidance.
