<p style="text-align: center"><em><strong><span style="color: rgba(149, 35, 8, 1)">This is a grant funded position open to current Full Time Internal Faculty Only&nbsp;</span></strong></em></p><p>3-credit reduced load per semester&nbsp;</p><p>Stipend: Fall/Spring $500 per semester</p><p>Summer $2160</p><p>Winter $540</p><br><p><em>Coordinates&nbsp;</em><em>professional development activities for faculty and staff to improve student retention and engagement</em></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Schedules Professional Development activities for instruction in all delivery modes and secures presenters and delivery format (in person,&nbsp;zoom)</li><li>Ensures adjunct faculty and presenters are compensated for participating in training (when&nbsp;applicable)</li><li>Recommends annual Adjunct Academy programming and coordinatesthe event</li><li>Offers practical strategies to create a classroom environment which encourages creativity and&nbsp;engagement</li><li>Offers practical strategies to create a classroom which is non-threatening and conducive to a collaboration and student interaction</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Must be a full-time faculty member</li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3pt; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><li>This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location</li></ul>
