THE JOB:

As a Cook at Prime in Bellagio, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experiences that define one of the world's most iconic luxury resorts. Using your culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail, you'll prepare high-quality dishes while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Cook preferred

• Fromal Culinary training preferred
