THE JOB:

Launch your culinary career as a Cook Helper at Din Tai Fung inside ARIA, where every dish is crafted with precision, passion, and world-renowned flavor. Working alongside an exceptional culinary team, you'll help prepare high-quality ingredients, support seamless kitchen operations, and contribute to unforgettable dining experiences that leave every guest with lasting WOW moments.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.485 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Regularly run for food and restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Assist the pantry worker, cook, master cook and chef as needed in execution of service

• Work as a team, assist guests and employees with their needs and inquiries

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience in basic food preparation preferred

• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
