At Crown Perth, we’re passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Cook, you'll work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment, developing your skills while contributing to the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items to Crown’s high standards
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature
• Maintain stock levels, mise en place, and kitchen equipment readiness
• Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards including HACCP requirements
• Keep kitchen work areas clean, organised, and service-ready
• Support the wider culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance concerns

• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
