What you will do 

ビルディングオートメーションシステムの現場施工管理 

  • CADによるシステム図、施工図作成 

  • 現場での工程管理、安全管理、施工管理 

  • 制御エンジニアリング構築 

  • システム機器の導入・工程・原価管理 

  • 技術ドキュメント作成 

  • 協力業者管理  

  • システムの試運転・調整 

 

How you will do it 

  • システム構築から納入までプロジェクト全体を指揮 

  • 現場での施工管理業務 

 

 

What we look for 

Required 

  • 電気・計装工事の施工管理・設計・エンジニアリング業務経験 

  • 空調・衛生・電気設備の技術知識 

 

Preferred 

以下のような資格取得者歓迎 

  • 計装士 

  • 電気工事施工管理技士 

  • 電気主任技術者 

  • 管工事施工管理技士
