ビルオートメーションシステムのメンテナンスおよび提案業務 

  • 保守工程計画の作成と工程管理 

  • 保守契約管理、保守物件の保守作業 

  • 原価管理 

  • 安全管理 

  • 協力会社管理 

  • システムトラブル対応 

  • クレームスポット対応 

  • 継続保守契約の提案 

  • 設備改修・省エネ等の提案 

 

How you will do it 

  • 複数の保守物件を担当 

  • 顧客への技術提案 

 

What we look for 

Required 

  • 中央監視装置・自動制御システムの実務経験 

  • 空調設備または電気設備の設計・施工・保守経験 

  • 空調・衛生・電気設備の技術知識 

 

Preferred 

以下のような資格取得者歓迎 

  • 計装士 

  • 電気工事施工管理技士 

  • 電気主任技術者 

  • 管工事施工管理技士 

  • エネルギー管理士 

  • 冷凍機械責任者 

  • 建築設備士　など
