Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.

Job Description

The position will provide financial analysis and reporting services to different Chevron Departments, such as Downstream, Upstream & Corporate Finance.

The Financial Accounting Team is located in Buenos Aires and is part of the Finance Planning and Support Department.

Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for:

  • providing monthly, quarterly, and annually analysis and reports

  • handling digital tools (such as Power Query & Power Bi) to support monthly reporting 

  • delivering year end support to Chevron Financialswith throughout analysis on main variances drivers

  • look into abnormal or significant finance drivers

  • collaborate to streamline Controllers processes and consolidating financial data

  • partnering with the US Controllers teams for ad hoc request on reports, process enhancements and accounting data consolidation
