About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking dedicated a Part Time Control Room Operator to join our team at a hospital site located in Parkville. In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.
• Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.
• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions.

Skills & Experience:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
• Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, afternoon and night shifts
• Prior control room experience required, with hospital experience preferred.
