As a Contracts Associate, you will play an important role in supporting commercial contracting operations through document management, contract administration, electronic signature coordination, and data accuracy. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create, review, negotiate, and process Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Work Orders (WOs), and Start Up Agreements (SUAs) in accordance with Clario contracting standards.

  • Review and process Change Orders (COs) as required.

  • Support the review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Stand-Alone Agreements (SAAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with guidance from senior team members.

  • Track and manage contract-related escalations to Subject Matter Experts for terms outside approved standards or playbooks.

  • Update, monitor, prioritize, and maintain assigned cases and contractual records within Salesforce.

  • Enter and maintain key contractual terms, documents, and data with a high level of accuracy.

  • Monitor the centralized contracts mailbox and ensure timely triage and follow-up of requests.

  • Maintain organized electronic records for approvals, agreement versions, and executed agreements.

  • Review, track, load, save, and communicate electronic signature activities in accordance with established processes.

  • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, audits, training activities, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain compliance with Clario standard operating procedures, training requirements, and applicable business practices.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1 to 2 years + of commercial contracting, legal operations, contract administration, or related experience.

  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and document control practices.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments is preferred.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar business systems is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a global team environment.
