Are you someone who can:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Monitor and manage VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory.
• Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Provide technical support to internal users when required.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Grade 12 minimum, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field will be an added advantage 
• 1–2 years of experience in Systems Administration.
• 1-2 years experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi administration.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Linux server management will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server & Linux Server support
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Vmware, Windows, Linux.
• Familiarity with virtualization best practices.
• Exposure to scripting (PowerShell or Bash) is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft, or CompTIA Server+ would be beneficial
