PRIMARY PURPOSE: To source, qualify, and onboard contractors nationwide who are eligible to join Repair Solutions, LLC’s contractor network; to develop a network of qualified contractors and maintain contractor capacity levels within a assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas.
• Performs data research to determine the best qualified contractors in candidate pool.
• Ensures candidates meet/and or exceed qualifications by evaluating applications and interviews.
• Monitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process.
• Maintains company records in contractor software.
• Develops and maintains strong contractor relations.
• Works with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).

  • Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience
Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $24/hr. plus commission.
