【工作内容】
- 日常数据检测和设备维护
- 为客户提供产品使用支持与技术咨询，解答客户在使用过程中遇到的问题；
- 协助处理客户反馈的设备或系统故障，并提供解决方案；
- 记录并跟踪客户问题处理进度，确保问题及时闭环；
- 消耗及盘点统计；
- 药品的转移以及添加；
- 配合团队完成售后相关文档的整理与更新工作。

【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，有3年及以上相关工作经验；纸厂或化工厂经验为佳
- 学习能力和意愿强，有较强的安全意识和团队合作精神，注重细节，有责任心
- 具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能够耐心倾听客户需求；
- 对技术有基本了解，具备一定的问题分析与解决能力；
- 工作认真负责，能适应灵活的工作安排及临时任务；
