Contract Manager Senior- International

Senior Contract Manager responsible for overseeing two railway signaling and telecommunications projects on two railway lines, with a strong focus on claims management and contractual risk management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the railway sector, and a solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts

• Identification, description, quantification, and evaluation of opportunities and risks in the projects.
• Analysis, drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation, contract/claim strategies
• Preparation, management, and negotiation of robust claims to exercise the rights of the company (as for example, recovery of extra-cost, extension of time, etc.)
• Collection, preparation, and management of relevant documents (drafting letters) and evidence in accordance with contractual deadlines and requirements
• Maintenance of contractual records and documentation.
• Collaboration and coordination with other departments to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements in the processes

• One of the followings degrees: in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, related or the like, with strong and proved contract management experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation (high level) experience.
• Languages: English and French (essential) 
• Highly valued: Experience on infrastructure complex projects in similar industry (railway or similar)
• Highly valued: Knowledge on international standard contracts as for example FIDIC, World bank, etc
